Further down the hallway, there was a perfect sunroom set up to enjoy the views of the wilderness, without the inconvenience of mosquitoes. Everything that is in the cabin stays, including a new pressure washer, BBQ and there should be enough stain to redo the full deck. The upper floor is so well laid out, with a comfortable loft, where a futon sofa is set up to watch TV and relax, along with 3 more good size bedrooms and another 3-piece bath. The outdoors has a firepit, an older shed, plus has the advantage that there is a lot of undeveloped forest to the east, without any neighbors in that direction. There is a well on the property which appears to be fully functional and will supply your families water needs. The cabin is currently using electric baseboard heat along with the wood stove, but the option of bringing in natural gas is available if you wish to have a more efficient year-round home.
